1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nanote (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nanote is an AI-powered study tool that generates quizzes from your notes using artificial intelligence.

3. Subscription Terms (Nanote Pro)

Nanote offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Nanote Pro") which unlocks premium features such as unlimited quiz generation and higher usage limits.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Charges: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Cancellation: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. AI Disclaimer

Accuracy: The quizzes, answers, and grading provided by the App are generated by Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini). AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated content.
Educational Use Only: The App is a study aid and should not be the sole source of your preparation. Always verify important information with your official study materials.

5. Usage Limits

Daily Limit: To ensure fair usage and manage costs, we limit the number of quizzes you can generate to 3 per day* for free users. We reserve the right to modify this limit at any time.
Fair Use: You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to bypass these limits.
